In this role you will work with an exciting startup using drones to provide data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. This is a great chance to work with an exciting company that is helping the top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers in the US and Canada. **The Role***: **Responsibilities**: - **Content Creation** - Develop brochures, case studies, and other printed collateral as needed Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms - ** Video Editing & Graphic Design** - Edit and produce short marketing videos and graphics for social media, presentations, and ad campaigns across all major social platforms and ad types - Design graphics, infographics, and other visual elements, and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Veed, or similar software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines - ** Copywriting & Storytelling** - Craft compelling, on-brand storytelling that resonates with target audiences in the residential construction and land development space - Ensure top-notch U.S. English grammar, spelling, and style across all copy. Tailor messaging to various channels and audience personas to drive engagement and conversions - ** Campaign Support** - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to strategize, conceptualize, and execute content marketing campaigns - Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets. Utilize Google Slides for presentations and pitch decks to support internal and client-facing initiatives - ** Research & Industry Awareness** - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in residential construction and land development - Integrate relevant insights into content strategy to address pain points and highlight TraceAir's unique value proposition **Qualifications and Attributes**: - ** Education & Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role - ** Skills & Competencies** - Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities - Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) - Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or extensive experience in Canva) - Strong storytelling skills with a focus on engaging U.S. audiences - Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. - Familiarity with Google Slides and other Google Workspace tools - Knowledge of residential construction and land development is a bonus - ** Personal Attributes** - Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box - Highly detail-oriented and committed to quality - Collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams - Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote setting **About the Company**: Odisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
