**REMOTE VACANCY*** **Job Vacancy** **Audiovisual (Video) Designer** Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the video designer is responsible for editing videos from start to finish; sound engineering and color editing and motion design techniques; building storyboards and concept decks around motion design direction and editing styles bringing a deep understanding of the marketing and social media landscape—including relevant brands, industry trends, and visual best practices as they relate to video/motion. **Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**: - Flawlessly edit videos for a range of projects and campaign work. - Work alongside the marketing and sales enablement teams to assemble edits and implement notes. - Start-to-end edit multiple videos and formats. - Work efficiently to turnaround quick revisions. - Collaborate with writers to create stories through motion. - Experiment with different versions of an edit, exploring multiple directions if needed. **Qualifications, Experience and Skills.** - Expert in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. - A clear understanding of video formatting, editing, color grading, and motion graphics - Have an eye for detailed design and a vision for how design can move - Mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere - Well organized and willing to adapt to new project management workflows - Advanced knowledge of Post-Production and Production process - A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms and how video works best on each platform we're making content for, and how to adapt edits into these formats - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - A scrappy team player who is ready to hustle and pitch in wherever necessary - A minimum of 3 years of editorial experience is required. - Passionate about leading creative content production with a strong sense of visual storytelling and editorial style. - Have an eye for detail and proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Effective interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to collaborate with different management and creative teams. - Able to work as part of a team or independently. - Ability to navigate, manage, and address enterprise-level corporate feedback. - An advanced level of knowledge of color grading practices is required. - Experience with sound design and general audio best practices is expected. - A sample of your strongest creative work is required and matters more than anything on here. **Organization Requirements** - You are responsible for communicating the status of each project through tasks within Teamwork. - Always reflect the values of Vengreso. - You are required to work during Vengreso business hours (PST, CST) - A home office / Workspace with a High-speed internet connection **Measurement for Key Results Areas** - Weekly feedback on the progress of all projects. - Accuracy of tasks completed. - Internal constituents’ feedback on performance. **Perks and Benefits** Vengreso offers the following Perks and Benefits for **Eligible** Participants: - Comprehensive Onboarding and Training Program - Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement - Flexible Work Schedule - Unlimited Vengresonian Time - Mandatory Vengresonian Days - 10 US Paid Holidays - Laptop & peripherals: Company-owned laptop plus peripherals such as a monitor and keyboard etc., for making remote working comfortable and safe. - 100% Virtual/Work from Home Environment - Ongoing Professional Coaching and Development - Employee Referral Program - Outstanding Career Path & Growth **Why Vengreso?** Vengreso is an incredible place to work and grow your expertise!
