Competitive and metric-based incentives (including compensation) is based purely on merit and impact. - Have generous benefits package (health, leave, insurance, and more) Work hard in this role - Interpreting research insights and building understanding of users. - Defining user experience goals and design principles. - Designing the architecture of the functions and information of the experience - Designing the interaction patterns between functions/information and users/customers. - Capture user requirements through specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, principles and design specifications - Effectively communicate experience frameworks, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually - Work closely with development teams to understand their capabilities clearly and to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly - Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers in bringing your designs to life. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and more, and drive UX process across a broad set of stakeholders.
