POSITION SUMMARY The role will function in a matrix environment, requiring influence over teams and individuals at various organizational levels. Collaborate with field/sales offices and channels to respond to inquiries and requests. Work with offering managers to determine product release schedules and define current models/options to support show and meeting activities. Engage with vendors, including interviewing, selection, price negotiation, order placement, and billing accuracy. This position will support the Vertiv Technology and Services portfolio, working closely with local marketing, sales, and service teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Public Relations (PR) projects within the Vertiv Editorial Calendar (Smart Sheet). Handle monthly data scrubbing for LATAM in Brandwatch. Participate in PR-related launch activities and monitor progress against deadlines. Review and track information to be approved by the Marketing Communications LATAM Manager. Create engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos, aligned with brand voice and objectives. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to foster community engagement. Develop strategies to grow social media followers and increase engagement with target audiences. Use social media monitoring tools to track conversations, trends, and mentions relevant to the brand, leveraging insights for strategy adjustments. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or initiatives, and measure their effectiveness. Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and prepare reports on social media performance. Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment with business goals. Address and manage negative feedback, controversies, or crises on social media platforms. Build relationships with brand advocates and influencers to amplify messaging. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-tech industries. Desirable 3 years of experience in PR and social media communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills, including timely and professional responses to inquiries and complaints. Effective collaboration skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing in high-tech industries. 3-5 years of experience in PR and social media communities. Proficiency in PR and social media platforms, scheduling tools, and understanding of trends in LATAM, algorithms, and best practices. Ability to analyze Share of Voice and social media data to evaluate media and agency performance. Skills in creating engaging content, including writing, graphic design, and video production. Strong communication skills for audience interaction and community building. Ability to handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally. Understanding of brand goals and development of social media strategies aligned with these goals. Willingness to collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging. Proactive management of social media challenges or crises. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with social media platforms like Sprinklr, Eloqua, and Oracle on Demand is a plus. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is desirable. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
