There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance. **Duties**: - Be responsible for brand building, lead generation and lead nurturing in Mexico, Central America & Caribbean by leading Deel’s marketing strategy and implementation. - Be the expert on local audience insights, pain-points and decision journey to inform our marketing strategy. - Manage our local webinars and events, as well as participation in significant conferences and trade events. - Work with our global and regional team to ensure our Local Advertising and Marketing Automation Efforts are top performing. - Work with global and regional teams to create SEO optimized content for your region. - Act as localization point of contact for the region. - Track and improve the performance of all marketing initiatives in the region. **Requirements**: - You have been responsible for brand building and lead generation in your previous roles, directly impacting revenue. - You are adaptable and comfortable with a very fast-paced environment. - You are action oriented, known for your ability to execute with excellence. But, can also see and understand the bigger picture. - You are comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives and make data driven decisions. - You have native spoken and written Spanish and have strong research skills. - You are proficient in spoken and written English. - You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows **We’d especially love to speak with you if**: - You have worked for an HR or Fintech company - You've worked at a very fast-growing startup - You've helped position brands in the digital space in Mexico. - You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
