It is also expected that the Service Request Management Analyst to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful improvement suggestions. **Responsibilities** - Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; ensuring operating procedures are documented to support the activities. - Assigning tasks to Catalog Editors for execution. - Coordinating interfaces between service catalog management and other processes - Ensuring that all operational services (and those being prepared) are recorded within the service catalog. - Ensuring that appropriate views of the service catalog are maintained and made available to those for whom they are targeted. **Qualifications and Requirements** - Essential Qualifications_ - Bachelor's degree, M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related - Advance English is required - This job would require at 2-3 years of experience working - Experience in the ESM implementation, help in testing Service Requests, coordinate with ESM CoE, Automation, or Architecture teams for designing solutions. - Analyzing data, documents, user input surveys, and workflow to determine which course of action will satisfy the business problem. - Other skills and abilities_ - Focus and results-oriented - Excellent verbal communications - Proactive and self-learner **SLB as an employer** As a leading employer in our industry, SLB is proud to offer a highly competitive package of base and incentive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits program designed to support the health, wellness and financial security of our employees and their families.
