Position: E-Commerce Program Manager – Marketplaces Type of contract: Independent contractor Working Hours: M–F PST

The company has experienced massive growth since its inception and is now expanding into new digital channels and marketplace ecosystems to continue its global reach. Scope of the Role As the E-Commerce Program Manager – Marketplaces, you will be at the helm of emerging commerce platform strategy and execution, overseeing TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Faire, and other retail marketplaces. You’ll manage product feed integrity, merchandising, and cross-functional program delivery, ensuring consistent, high-performing channel experiences across all third-party platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: Marketplace Site Merchandising & Channel Management Manage merchandising on TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Shop App, Faire, and other digital marketplaces. Ensure product syndication via Shopify is accurate, compliant, and optimized for conversion. Maintain taxonomy, copy, visual formatting, and promo messaging aligned with the DTC site. TikTok Shop Ownership Lead TikTok Shop strategy with internal marketing and commercial teams. Oversee PDP and storefront execution, optimizing for user experience and conversion. Run A/B testing, performance analysis, and sync fulfillment/inventory via Shopify connector. Execute promotional campaigns and maintain analytics dashboards. Third-Party & B2B Marketplaces Develop merchandising strategy and lead setup for Faire, Shop App, Target.com, and wholesale B2B. Ensure data syndication using Feedonomics, Marketplace Connect, and Shopify apps. Resolve product feed issues and ensure pricing accuracy with sales/marketing input. Track KPIs and continuously optimize strategies across platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration Align listings with DTC promotions and collaborate on campaign execution with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams. Operational Program Management Own integrations and data consistency across all systems. Define and monitor digital merchandising KPIs; build performance dashboards with Data teams. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or site merchandising. Direct TikTok Shop management experience is required. Must be able to access US TikTok Shop. Expertise in Shopify (including metafields and taxonomy). Proficiency with feed tools like Feedonomics and Marketplace Connect. Strong background in cross-functional project coordination. Proven success in PDP conversion optimization and marketplace merchandising. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
