About the Role We’re hiring a remote Property Manager to oversee daily operations across a portfolio of U.S.-based properties. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in remote coordination. You’ll manage tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, oversee rent collection, and ensure each property is operating at its highest standard. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communication and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and contractors Oversee lease renewals, rent collection, and late payment follow-ups Conduct virtual inspections and manage property readiness between turnovers Maintain up-to-date records in property management software in Buildium. Monitor lease expirations and ensure proper notice and transition planning Track expenses and prepare monthly reports on property performance Ensure compliance with local and federal property management regulations Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing residential rental properties (U.S. market required) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with property management platforms, specifically Buildium. Comfortable working remotely with U.S. time zone alignment (EST or CST overlap) Detail-oriented and accountable with strong follow-through Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing multiple properties or portfolios across different states Familiarity with U.S. landlord-tenant laws and lease structures Background in real estate investment or financial reporting Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and Trello Success Metrics Timely response and resolution of tenant issues Consistent rent collection and minimal delinquency Efficient turnover management with minimal vacancy periods Accurate and up-to-date property documentation High tenant satisfaction and lease renewal rates Hiring Process Application & Initial Screening Interview with Operations Lead Final Interview with Company Director How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself, highlighting your property management experience, and sharing your preferred working hours and location.
