We want to build something with the potential to change the heart of our industry, and we'd love to include your unique perspective. **In this role you will**: - Design and implement creative social media strategy to align with business goals. - Create engaging and compelling social media content. - Contribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channels. - Develop and execute a strategic & communicative framework. - Identify and observe market trends and opportunities for brand related activities. - Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking. - Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback - Understand performance metrics, and use them to inform future creative content development. - Work alongside and support the Community Management agency to react and respond to social conversations appropriately - Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns. - Work collaboratively with creative teams, data teams and other teams to create plans and structure proposals based on insights and learning. - Collaborate and share ideas, inspiration, and best practices with the social media team and Creative team. - Be a self-starter, able to manage your own time and workload to meet client deadlines Experience You Already Have - A digital native, active across social platforms. - 3+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative. - Hands on experience in content management - A keen understanding of social platforms and formats, and how to optimize creativity to them. - Experience working on entertainment accounts. - Experience in developing or implementing social playbooks. - Experience of developing exciting social executions for brands. - A deep understanding of consumer behavior, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work as well independently as within a team - Creative agency experience is a plus. - Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Sense of humor and strong team orientation. - Fluent in English. - Need someone with a high attention to detail and eager to learn.
