Your role at Exness We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with a focus on the LATAM region. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing teams and the Partnerships and Business Development teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop go-to-market strategies for the region in collaboration with the Regional Director and Regional Marketing Team Lead to reach regional targets. - Oversee the coordination and execution of the Regional Marketing strategy to achieve marketing goals. - Support marketing teams in working with media agencies and/or directly with media suppliers (websites, influencers) to book media placements for the region. - Represent marketing within regional and country-specific forums and build strong working relationships both within marketing and across the wider business. - Develop campaign briefs to create awareness, consideration, and acquisition through regional campaigns that meet country goals and maximize portfolio exposure for our brand. - Manage marketing brief development and asset delivery for regional events/expos, working closely with the Regional Director, Events team, and marketing stakeholders. - Work with the marketing ops & planning department to effectively hand over campaign and event brief execution, providing guidance where required. - Conduct research and analysis of regional market trends and competitors, implementing insights into campaign briefs. - Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant. - Report on agreed KPIs and campaign performance weekly and monthly, drawing insights and identifying improvement opportunities. - Monitor regional marketing spend and ensure budgets help deliver country objectives. - Stay aware of local competitor activities, regulatory issues, payments/verification challenges, and other key regional information, providing regular updates to marketing stakeholders. - Ensure timely task delivery, high-quality work standards, and verified data from relevant sources.
