Our Product Management team for ViX Streaming is seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The Partnerships Product team plays a critical role in driving growth and improving the ViX user experience by developing and managing strategic partnerships. This involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to integrate new features, content, and services that deliver value to subscribers. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the product roadmap and execution for key partnerships, driving innovation, and ensuring successful integration of partner solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, PMO, and business development to deliver exceptional user experiences. You have a technical background, enabling you to effectively communicate with engineering teams and possess excellent communication skills at all levels to drive alignment and teamwork. Your Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineering, 3rd parties, and internal teams to define, develop, and implement solutions. - Work with Distribution Sales and Partnerships to define and scope requirements for partner deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities. - Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. - Prioritize features and requirements based on business value and user needs. - Analyze usage and user behavior with data and analytics teams to optimize performance, increase engagement, reduce churn, and drive business KPIs across all partner products. - Identify and capitalize on market trends to inform product strategy and development. - Evaluate and ensure adherence to ViX values and standards within partner integrations. About You: To succeed in this role, you will require: - 5+ years of product management experience in media, streaming, or telecom. - 2+ years of experience working with partner products teams. - Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps. - Experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. - A strong advocate for collaborative teamwork and a positive work environment, fostering mutual respect, open communication, and a shared commitment to success. - Technical understanding of payment integrations, APIs, and authentication flows. - Experience with OTT platforms, partner billing, and content distribution. - Experience in a large Agile product delivery organization. - Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and KPI analysis. - Media and entertainment industry experience is an asset.
