We are seeking a Staffing Partner to strategicallyanalyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to staff IT businessopportunities successfully. You will bridge Client Services/Salesand the Talent Acquisition team. What You Will Do: 1. Manage andfill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adheringto deadlines. 2. Review and filter candidates in the pipelineaccording to specific parameters and guidelines. 3. Continuouslyupdate and maintain job openings to ensure they are accurate andcurrent. 4. Write detailed candidate summaries and edit resumes tomeet client expectations. 5. Maintain effective communication withClients, Client Services, and Sales to ensure a smooth staffingprocess. Here’s what we are looking for: 1. Experience as an ITrecruiter interested in back-office and client-facing roles. 2. Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization,and multitasking skills. 3. Experience as a Staffing Analyst for ITprofiles is a plus. 4. Advanced English proficiency.
