Job Title: Reliability Coordinator About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate plant maintenance processes focused on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: - Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability across the plant. - Lead failure analysis (RCA, RCM2) and manage KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to improve equipment performance and reduce corrective maintenance. - Manage the Utilities, Metrology, Tribology, and Laboratory departments, ensuring compliance with calibration schedules and standards. - Coordinate cost reduction initiatives, support engineering projects, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, and support audits to ensure adherence to maintenance and safety systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical. - Advanced proficiency in English. - Minimum of 3 years in engineering or utilities management within an industrial environment. - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams to achieve operational goals. - Background in equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, project engineering, or project management. - Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and applying problem-solving techniques. - Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices.
