COL Bogota Main Street Bogota, 110721, COL In the position of Demand Planning Lead, you will be the leader of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle from baseline forecast to constrained demand plan. You will perform coordination between bottlers and the company regarding both depletions and delivery figures. Your role will involve delivering demand signals to production facilities and timely analyzing demand variations to propose adjustments. Essential Job Functions Lead the S&OP cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels, including supply constraints (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect the demand plan. Conduct sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction). Maintain records of all building/destroying blocks affecting sales to correct historical data (e.g., price increases, out of stocks, distribution disruptions, volume promotions). Ensure updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers, including availability and production feasibility. Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, and timely propose mitigation actions to reduce impacts on the supply chain after unforeseen deviations. Ensure the fulfillment of orders for customers and that agreed volumes are properly ordered from the bottler to the company, according to frozen periods. Analyze sales performance indicators including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), and fill rate; identify trends and risks in operations. Support commercial activities that involve demand and sales forecasts (such as BP construction, etc.). Position Requirements Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field of study. More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. More than 5 years of experience in inventory control and customer services. Advanced user of Microsoft Office. Proficiency using SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) is preferred. Fluent in English; Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
