Job Title: Community Paediatric Care Assistant We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Paediatric Care Assistant in Andover. This is a multifaceted role that requires supporting the daily routines of children and young people, assisting with personal care and support, managing challenging behaviour with understanding and empathy, facilitating engagement in local community activities, promoting independence, and safe administration of medication.
