Job Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Quality, Verification & Standards team based in Bogota. About the Role - Manage operational aspects of Quality Verification planning across all development stages. - Lead communication with project leaders and development partners. - Advocate for location-based needs in partnership with site directors and project POs. - Identify new ways to improve efficiency and increase predictability. - Use data to contribute to product quality and project efficiency. This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area). Responsibilities 1. Manage the full operational aspects of Quality Verification planning in all development stages from pre-production, production, launch, and live. 2. Own communication with project leaders and development partners. 3. Advocate for location-based needs in partnership with the site director and project POs, setting expectations and driving your teams to meet commitments. 4. Identify new ways of improving efficiency and increasing predictability. 5. Use data to contribute to product quality and project efficiency; use project dashboards and reports to drive decision-making. 6. Mentor and support other leaders across disciplines; build and mentor teams. 7. Identify resourcing needs, guide and develop changes to talent, skills and practices to accomplish operational and strategic goals. 8. Monitor and evolve talent skill mix, using training and active recruitment plans and strategies. 9. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and maintain an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. Qualifications - You are passionate about managing creative teams. - You have 8+ years of project management or team leadership experience. - 3+ years of experience as a people manager including managing people managers. - 3+ years of experience leading and growing large multi-discipline teams.
