If you're looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you're in the right place.The Latin America Andean Region Polyurethanes commercial organization has an opportunity for a Customer Manager role, based in Bogota, Colombia.Responsible for revenue growth and customer experience for medium to large-sized customers, including new business development, time and territory management, sales tools and analytics utilization, product knowledge and relationship management. The role will be aligned geographically, by markets and product portfolio within the Polyurethanes business and involves a high degree of collaboration, strong communication skills, relationship building and cooperation.Responsibilities:Manages account portfolio and prepares and implements sales plans.Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain account shareLeads and coordinates customer relationships working to understand customer needs and identify potential new customers.Input information in CRM and SmartPrice providing the required documentation aligned to the Dow sales processes.Manages Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country.Develops and executes sales and marketing plans delivering business goals of volume and value.Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.Leads and conducts negotiations and implements price changes and strategies.Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.Leads and conducts negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow salesprocesses.Required QualificationsBachelor's degreeFluency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum five years' experience in sales/commercial related positions.Preferred requirement:Previous experience working with polyurethane systems.Your Skills:Account Management SkillsNegotiation and Sales tacticsRelationship BuildingSolid business and financial acumen (cost, freight, margin, etc. )Strong communication skillsStrategic MindsetAnalytical ThinkingBenefits – What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.You bring your background, talent, and perspective to work every day.
