The primary responsibility of this Sr Sales Tracing/Chargeback Analyst role is to support initial agreement setup for tracing and chargeback agreements for the US market in the source system of Vistex or SAP. Further, once set up, this position will be responsible for processing tracing reports and claims from distributors and hospital warehouse systems according to the established system requirements for uploading into the Vistex system. This position works directly with distributors and/or commercial leaders as needed to address any questions on the information that they provide as well as tracing and claim issues. The position is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of customer information and making updates to existing information as needed as well as setting up distributor to Medtronic customer cross references. This work is performed periodically (weekly, monthly) as new data is received from distributors and completed within the monthly schedule that is set forth each month. A large focus is placed on providing great service to our business partners and customers. The secondary responsibility is to contribute and/or represent the department through completion of specific projects as defined in yearly objectives. This will be a hybrid role in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Solid understanding of contract pricing and business rules for customer pricing and contract eligibility Working in the Vistex and/or SAP system to understand and resolve tracing or claim in a timely and efficient manner each month Analyze root cause for reoccurring contract discrepancies and work with distributors to get contract eligibility in sync Responsible for reviewing distributor resubmissions to research and confirm if the distributor claim is valid/correct Participate in conference calls with distributors or stakeholders to discuss and work through high dollar issues Assist with sales inquiries that may result in corrections for unit of measure, customer cross reference, and different contract eligibility issues Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts, standard monthly meetings to review metrics, and other special events as needed Work on special projects as required Required Knowledge and Experience: Three or more years of a customer-facing, financial, sales support, record to report, accounting, or analytic roles Experience working with data and analysis tools such as Excel Strong logic and analysis skills Ability to interpret contracting language Knowledge using Microsoft Office suite Working knowledge of Vistex rebate, SAP, BOXI, is advantageous Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
