Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced professional to lead contract compliance audits of cost plus Construction contracts for industrial facilities. This role requires strong knowledge of construction, accounting, audit, and data mining skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a strong desire to fulfill commitments to clients and coworkers. Main Responsibilities 1. Lead contract compliance audits of cost plus Construction contracts for industrial facility development and construction. 2. Audit completed projects and projects in-progress. 3. Utilize expertise in construction, accounting, audit, and data mining to identify areas for improvement. 4. Analyze large data sets using Excel and/or Access to provide analytical results. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field. - 2-3 years of experience in audit. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including cost accounting and allocations. - Data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Excellent English speaking and writing skills. PREFERRED SKILLS - Excel and/or Access proficiency. - Data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
