Here, you will make an impact by: - Leads the logístical planning and execution of a variety of moderate to complex medical education programs and Voice of Customer advisory meetings for the Latin America region with a primary focus on Colombia. Provides specialized professional services to manage programs and events with advanced proficiency in full-service meetings management inclusive of venue sourcing and contracting, registration and attendee management, group travel arrangements, meal planning, room set-up and audio-visual requirements. Manages program budgets and expense reporting. Conducts work independently with the freedom to choose methods within defined processes and tools to produce desired results and when necessary, consults with supervisor for assistance. - Leverages working knowledge of healthcare compliance to ensure proper adherence with Health Care Professional (HCP) interactions and throughout the lifecycle of events. - Has direct impact on the team/work group, providing direction, advice, or focus as needed. Collaborates effectively and is accountable for the activities and results of assigned events. Mentors and coaches team members and contingent workers. Proactively leads and participates in functional and cross-functional projects. Ensures program and project objectives and deadlines are met. - Engages in the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures. Identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement. In alignment with manager, develops and leads improvement initiatives and/or solutions to work processes and tools to drive maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Applies knowledge and assesses risks properly in decision-making, seeking guidance and support from manager for more complex or high-risk situations. Has the ability to influence and demonstrates advanced persuasion skills. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND minimum 4 years of experience in managing corporate meeting/event planning, including medical education programs, marketing programs and advisory meetings for physicians and other healthcare professionals OR In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: - Fluent bilingual oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages. - Knowledge of and experience with Health Care Compliance practices pertaining to interactions with Healthcare Professionals in Latin America Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - Experience with professional event management software/systems [Cvent, etc.] - Meetings Management Certification (CMP, Cvent Certified) - Skills include - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Aptitude to deliver high quality customer service - Ability to collaborate with multiple people and manage concurrent events and projects in a fast-paced environment - Quick to pick up on new technology - Team orientation - Experience training and mentoring others - Strong time management and organizational skills - Sharp attention to detail with a quality focus - Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships **Work location: Hybrid** **Travel: May include up to**20% [domestic and international]** **Relocation Assistance: Not authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
