Senior Software Development Engineer in Test We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team. As an expert in building software testing tools and frameworks, you will play a crucial role in reducing feedback loop time for developers and quality engineers. Key Responsibilities 1. Create efficient test tooling to streamline the testing process and enhance overall quality. 2. Design, build, and enhance various test automation frameworks, including UI tests, unit tests, API tests, and performance/load tests. 3. Develop test utilities to facilitate manual testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). 4. Enhance automated validation capabilities within our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. 5. Act as a force multiplier to facilitate shift-left testing strategies among developers. 6. Promote best practices to improve code quality. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, security, and business stakeholders, to gain domain expertise. 8. Create clear, concise documentation to support testing efforts. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2. At least 7 years of software development experience, focusing on tooling, frameworks, and products. 3. Experience leading tooling initiatives for internet applications. 4. Expertise in test automation for UI, API, and performance testing. 5. Strong background in developing test automation frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Pact, JMeter, or similar technologies. Desired Qualifications 1. Experience advising development teams on test solutions and strategies. 2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline management. 3. Background in fintech or financial services industry. 4.
