An initiative launched to select & implement a sanctions process that meets all requirements for screening and monitoring of suppliers/payees through the third-party lifecycle and transactions. The role will support the project by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, assisting in change management, and conducting ad-hoc analyses to aid decision-making. This role will also support the daily operational activities of the Risk and Compliance team focusing on Third Party Risk. Further, the Analyst will participate in Third party due diligence, Sanction screening process, and Anti-money laundering due diligence process as part of the Third-party risk management program. PROJECT HOPE Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared, and minutes are recorded. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Change Management: Assist in managing project changes and ensuring that adjustments are documented and communicated appropriately. Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support project decision-making. Support Sanction screening and Risk assessment for new and existing suppliers. Support daily review of alerts in sanction screening tool. Support data quality validations and databases reconciliation. Support and perform reporting related activities. Perform other Third party risk related supporting and analytical activities to support the team. Update the excel databases with the metrics / KPIs for tracking purposes. Project Support as Needed within GS Risk and Compliance Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Audit or Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or Law. Key skills include: Driven, detail-oriented individual. Strong interpersonal and team skills. SAP Links - S4/HANA is preferred. Exhibits leadership capabilities.
