Our Passenger Servicing System handles approximately 1 billion passengers annually, serving over 150 airlines worldwide. We are seeking skilled Test Engineers to join our team in Bogota. Working closely with developers and product analysts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our solutions and fixes delivered to customers. As a key member of our QA team, you will create detailed test plans, execute tests, and verify the functionality of features and fixes. Your primary focus will be on providing the best possible travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Test Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and plans, ensuring compliance with quality guidelines. - Test Execution: Design and execute tests, including creating test cases, preparing test environments, and verifying fixes. - Defect Management: Log defects, assign severity, investigate issues, and verify fixes before approving production loads. - Reporting: Communicate testing activities, milestones, and issues to stakeholders through regular updates. - Quality Assurance Ambassador: Demonstrate accountability for quality control throughout projects, products, or releases.
