Roles & Responsibilities included but not limited to: - Work with Software Business Owners and others to successfully manage the lifecycle of TaskUS software assets, from early development stage to retirement. - Assist as needed with software vendor contracts in partnership with the vendor management organization and work with other departments to build, execute and manage remediation as it relates to software compliance. - Conduct monthly and quarterly software asset audits to ensure licenses and software usage complies with contracted use, is secure (partnering with Information Security analysts) and that our IT Asset Management inventory is current. - Help drive the formation of a best-in-class Software Asset Management function, with an emphasis on automation, self-service and efficiency - Lead and manage continuous improvements to the SW Asset Management process and tooling, which may include the implementation of new Software Asset Tracking systems - Track and report missing or unaccounted software assets and provide quarterly reports to the IT leadership - Act as the main point of contact for software contract renewals Will also help improve and streamline processes related to software lifecycle management. - Participate as an Application Analyst on ad-hoc projects mostly focused on vendor research, identification, requirements gathering and prioritization, needs-fit analysis and vendor selection. - Prepare budget and forecast analysis for vendor software utilization, monitor and report on software costs on a periodic basis to provide insight to IT leadership and software owners on software costs (cash and accrual basis). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or computer science - 2-4 years of work experience in the Software industry, in Business Operations, Software Product Management, VMO, Project/Program Management or Software Lifecycle Management - Proven working experience (4-6 yrs) as an Analyst for Software Asset Management. - Minimum 2 years of experience working with budgets, cost estimates and/or cost planning for technology expenditures. - Comfortable leading cross-functional teams from various organizations and leading them into successful outcomes, in ambiguous environments at times. - You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy taking initiatives and are not afraid of going outside of your comfort zone. - Operates independently with minimum level of supervision - Analytical, detailed-oriented and well organized. - You have a "roll-up-your sleeves" mentality and are not scared of highlighting what could be improved and offer practical solutions. - Able to understand high-level strategic ideas and bring them into hands-on implementations. - A team player, have outstanding communications skills and are fun to work with. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be at a C1 English level in verbal and written communication to be considered for this role. Must upload a resume in English for consideration.
