Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating an aftersales strategy for the Asia-Oceania region. Main Responsibilities: - Create an aftersales strategy for the Asia-Oceania region and facilitate projects to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersales revenue. - Coordinate and support local offices and distributors within the region as the regional headquarters of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. - Plan short- and medium-term strategies with local offices and distributors, monitor performance, and report findings to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. - Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. - Experience in automotive aftersales service is a plus. - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and open-mindedness. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
