The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the legal field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and improve applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities: **Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for legal positions including associate attorneys, senior attorneys, and partner-level attorneys Recruit for non-attorney roles such as paralegals, legal assistants, marketing personnel, and administrative staff Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and legal job boards to attract talent Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (Lever), ensuring accurate data and a user-friendly structure Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership Skills and Qualifications: Hard Skills: Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Lever) Familiarity with legal roles and terminology Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches Competence in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication in English Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience in tracking KPIs and metrics Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
