Job Description We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Rotating Equipment Division (RED) within the Equipment Consulting Services Department. RED provides technical support and consultancy for operational facilities, joint ventures, and mega projects from inception to startup. The Reliability Engineer will develop innovative concepts to address operational challenges, enhance equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on reliability processes and equipment improvements based on detailed engineering analysis. Develop reliability assessments to anticipate future challenges and evaluate performance. Identify potential system and equipment failures and implement risk mitigation strategies. Lead root cause analysis for critical systems and equipment. Introduce new technologies to improve reliability and performance. Guide the design and data analysis related to reliability metrics and KPIs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. At least 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries. Professional certification such as P.E. or C.Eng.
