Job Purpose The Commercial Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and executing projects including planning and implementing initiatives such as content development to effectively reach the Commercial team. The role involves creating compelling content, building relationships with various cross-functional teams, and supporting the Commercial unit executive leadership team. The Communications Specialist will plan and execute effective communication strategies to convey business updates, track ROI, and increase employee engagement. Additionally, they will support brand visibility, values and develop content for various media, ensuring message consistency and communication effectiveness across the organization. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manage and execute projects: Plans and executes initiatives such as content development, optimization, advertising, events logistics, etc., to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.Direct long-term programs to improve communications effectiveness and ensure message consistency. Content Development: Builds content, program plans and other supporting materials. Relationship Building: Works with various cross-functional teams to understand and achieve communication effectiveness goals.Serve as the key resource to the commercial executive leadership team to drive corporate communications across the global organization. Develop, Plan, and Execute Communications: Communicates business strategy and commercial updates across ACI.Works collaboratively across all departments to generate communication plans with an employee engagement focus. Provides leadership with knowledge on communication best practices. Performance Metrics & ROI Analysis: Tracks KPIs for ROI evaluation for each initiative including Customer and Employee experience metrics Communications Strategy. Design and implement comprehensive commercial communications strategies to create improve communications and increase employee engagement. Brand & Company Visibility and Values: Contributes to initiatives that supportbrand and company valuesinternally and externally. Content Development: Execute on various media including in-person and virtual meetings, workplace portal posts and email. Perform other duties as assigned Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Qualifications(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education / Certifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience 2+ yearsof relevant communications experience Skills and Other Abilities English Fluent or Advanced Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated abilityto collaborate well with others and sustain necessary relationships, internally and externally Highly organized,detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently andin teams Preferred Qualifications(Education, Experience, Competencies) Competencies Experience with virtual meeting platforms, corporate software tools and Microsoft Office applications is desired.
