Serving customers in over 100 countries, our research scientists and engineers continue to invent and accelerate new technologies that will increasingly transform the way people and things communicate and connect._ **Talent Attraction Partner** **Key responsibilities** Dedicated support for recruitment activities and other sourcing and hiring needs Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, People Partners and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans Maintains critical recruitment information systems to ensure data integrity is accurate and up to date. Responsible for audit of systems data including changes as a result of audit process. Works on complex data requests and metrics; format those metrics into easy to understand dashboards, charts, tables, scorecards and graphs. Designs, develops, and produces analytical recruiting dashboards and reports, both ongoing and ad hoc Partner with third party suppliers and contribute to a broad recruitment strategy across social media, direct sourcing and employee referrals Provide exceptional organization and project management skills, enabling the business to trust and have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing and alternative avenues Manage communication and cooperation among individuals and groups including conflict resolution, stress management, diversity awareness, and teamwork to promote overall success Be a strong team player with a strong partnership outlook Provide value and collaborative ideas, feedback and improvements Design interview and evaluation processes for all types of roles in a systematic and collaborative manner, demonstrating thought leadership and innovation Collaborate with the regional recruitment lead and business partners to support regional and global recruitment strategies internally and externally Support and promote global brand for recruiting functions and student hiring initiatives.
