As Team Lead within our GTMC, this role emphasizes strong project and people management skills to drive operational excellence and maintain high-quality outputs across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with global teams, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Main responsibilities: Oversee Hub’s Launch and Commercialization Support: The Team Lead will manage the hub’s launch activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with global strategies. They will monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product commercialization. Coordinate with Global Teams: This role requires acting as a liaison between the hub and global teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of tasks. The Team Lead will build strong relationships across functions to foster collaboration and align on project objectives. Manage and Lead a Cross-Functional Team: This position involves providing leadership and mentorship to a diverse team, resolving challenges, and promoting a high-performance culture. The Team Lead will support team members in achieving their goals while fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Project Planning and Tracking: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that map out all pre-launch and launch activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities. Update launch dates and critical timelines in response to market shifts or internal strategy changes, ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Support moderation of critical discussions, including the utilization of online collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Miro, or Mural Boards. Document management: maintain, organize and update materials and templates in centralized systems (Brand Planning: Sanofi Brand Planning Templates; Launch Planning: IGNITE tool or other applicable systems; NPP: Portfolio Strategy Templates etc.). Track project progress using Agile methodologies, ensuring key deliverables are met within the established timelines. Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress, interdependencies, and bottlenecks across teams and stakeholders. Facilitate information flow and feedback loops to enable data-driven decision-making. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact launch timelines or project success. About you Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product launch and commercialization within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of global market access and regulatory considerations. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
