By providing technology and service focused solutions to the international arena of the oil and gas industry, the PipeCare Group of companies has been helping our customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years. **Industry/sector**: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services **Address of the place of work: Kilometro 3 vía Funza - Siberia, parque industrial El Trebol, bodega 4 B, Mosquera - Colombia** **Key Responsibilities & Authorities**: - Producing Polyurethane Foam pigs Discs, cups using different molds by hand casting methodology. - Adequate knowledge of coating Polyurethane Foam and PU elastomers 2 to 5 component. - Able to handle casting of all foams (Low Density, Medium Density & high Density) and all sizes PU discs and cups - Sufficient knowledge of how to clamp bare Foam pig for coating with Polyurethane and brushes and pouring techniques of hot castable PU complex mold. - Must be able to produce good finished foam pigs of different types PU coated, Brush coated, Criss cross and fine quality surface finish of hot castable elastomers - Setting up and operates various casting machines to cast polyurethane products - Lay outs, shapes and assembles patterns of plastic and other materials from blueprints, models or templates - Follow all the safety rules & regulations. - To execute all other tasks as requested by PU Supervisor or TM/Production Director within the assigned job role. **Knowledge, skills & abilities required**: - DAE in Chemical (preferred) or having related industry experience. - Should have 2-3 years of experience in molding & Coating Polyurethane foam - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Conversational level of English as an advantage.
