You make the difference. **YOUR ROLE **:The primary purpose of this position is to drive process standardization, automation and improvement on a global scale reporting to MY-L, Customer Excellence. A Senior Logistics Process Owner (LPO) has a thorough and deep understanding of the E2E Ops design and a deep knowledge of the BPM services with good analysing skills and a Continuous Improvement mind-set. The Senior LPO will work in close cooperation and alignment with multiple local and global functions to identify and develop new processes in order to drive productivity and harmonize customer processes. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Develop and drive strategies to increase operational productivity, using advanced analytical tools for Root Cause Analysis and issue discovery - Support the E2E design team in defining the BPM services (Level 4&5) to drive harmonization, automation and development of standard logistic processes - Collaborate with multiple KN IL functional units such as Solution Development, Customer Solutions, Finance, Business Managers and Excellence Managers to support the design of Integrated Logistics solutions for our clients according to defined standards of operational excellence - Support the definition and implementation of processes for customers or services and participate in operational process design and continuous improvement projects - Compliance with the relevant GDP / GxP requirements and guidelines, customer quality standards and all internal regulations (such as Code of Conduct) - Executing additional tasks delegated by line management **YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**: - Deep Knowledge of 4PL processes/services with logistics and forwarding elements (sea, road, air) and minimum of 5 years working experience in logistics - Ability to perform root cause analyses, propose solution, translate business challenges/finding into numbers/data/reports, etc. - Fluent in English - Ability to define SMART goals - Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually - Strong communication skills with emphasis on ability to clearly communicate in different situations and with different stakeholders e.g. gathering business requirements, change management skills/competences, adapt conversation to the recipient (OPS vs. BM) etc. - Ability to leading meetings effectively - Time and task management skills, task delegation skills, prioritization skills - Ability to understand & respect company confidentiality and compliance regulations (e.g. Code of Conduct, QSHE, GxP) - Strong analytical skills and process driven mindset - Solution thinking driven, knowledge of problem-solving methodologies - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies as well as Continuous Improvement methodology - Experience in logistics business process design and process flow design methodology
