You will collaborate with Parse AI’s development team and co-founders to complete high priority tasks for both the React-based frontend and Node.js backend. Parse AI co-founders have been working in land acquisition and energy law for a collective 50 years, and the team has acquired a substantial amount of county courthouse data and a large portfolio of clients. You will have the ability to work on real-world datasets from day one and be responsible for building the future of our platform. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Develop essential features, server interactions, scripts, deployment stage maps, and SSHs to build solutions that solve initial client problems. - Help manage initial DevOps and cybersecurity for the company. - Collaborate with Parse AI’s product manager and lead developers, employing client feedback to inform decision making and new feature development. - Participate in weekly all-hands meetings to provide the team with a clear understanding of technical goals, objectives, and progress. **Required Experience** - 3 years+ experience required with Javascript, Node.js, React - Cloud solutions expertise (3+ years experience in GCP and/or AWS) - Knowledge of database architecture and setup - Understanding of front-end architecture **Bonus Points If You Have** - Label Studio experience - Pytorch experience - Title research experience - Lease analysis experience - Division order analysis experience **The Terms** - Before successful fundraising of our next round of funding, the Full Stack Developer will be compensated with a balance of cash and equity based on the Pie Slicing model. After fundraising, the Pie Slicing model will be retired for a more traditional equity structure. - If it’s a good match, the founders will offer a full-time salaried position. The Full-Stack Developer will receive an annual salary between $100-$150K a year depending on prior experience and location. - The Full-Stack Developer’s salary will grow commensurate with their value-add to the company. - The Full-Stack Developer will be provided dedicated office space as needed.
