As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless data flow and integration solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities: Workday Integration Development: - Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connectors. - Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and business processes within the Workday platform. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: - Work closely with business stakeholders and HR/IT teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on Workday integration best practices. Troubleshooting and Support: - Diagnose and resolve integration issues, collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure system stability. - Provide ongoing support for existing integrations and recommend improvements based on evolving business needs. - Conduct thorough testing of Workday integrations to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. - Manage the deployment of integration solutions, following best practices and change management processes. - Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. - Share knowledge with team members and stakeholders to build internal capabilities. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Workday Integration Specialist, with expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, and related tools. - Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business processes, and security configurations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
