General Job Description: The ideal candidate will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and will work closely with them to develop strategies, initiatives, and content. The candidate will be responsible for executing these plans independently, while ensuring alignment with brand identity and philosophy guidelines, and under the Marketing team's supervision. They will have specific lead generation targets and will be expected to participate in regular meetings to provide updates to the CMO and CEO, sharing detailed reports on the progress of various initiatives. Main Activities and Responsibilities: • Implement and coordinate the marketing strategy for lead generation through established methods, while proposing and exploring new initiatives. • Planned initiatives include: Google Ads campaigns, social media campaigns, presence on local software comparison platforms, marketing automation sequences, webinars, trade shows, etc. • Define, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns on major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Ads, LinkedIn Ads), proposing and planning impactful digital initiatives. • Coordinate the activities of the Telemarketing team, monitoring the achievement of set objectives. • Take responsibility for activities to drive participation in physical or digital events aimed at increasing lead generation (webinars, trade shows, various events). • Execute/coordinate all necessary activities to initiate the execution of initiatives (both written and visual content). • Study the sending of newsletters and D.E.M. campaigns that generate high open rates and conversions, while complying with local privacy laws. • Constantly monitor and optimize the performance of various initiatives (both inbound and outbound), gathering data-driven insights to improve ROI, ensuring accurate measurements and analysis through proper implementation of goals and tracking. • Collaborate with the CMO and provide detailed reports on the activities/initiatives being carried out and the performance of the various initiatives. • Conceptualization and creation of textual and visual content across main touchpoints (website, blog, social media) following a shared editorial plan. • Management of company social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Instagram), preparation of materials including videos, graphics, stories, and reels. • Creation and production of informational and promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, graphics for trade shows/events). • Constant updating of content (text, images, links, logos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.). • Management of activities related to brand identity and brand reputation. • Moderation and interaction with our community, responding to comments and private messages to increase engagement. • Monitoring social media trends to propose innovative strategies. • Support in analyzing performance data and creating monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media activities. Required Qualifications: • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual proficiency preferred). • At least 2 years of experience in: 1. Lead generation activities 2. Digital content production 3. Social media management • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. • Strong knowledge of the Google Ads platform. • Basic knowledge of: 1. Google Analytics 4. 2. Google Tag Manager. 3. Google Search Console. 4. WordPress (ability to make non-technical changes via Admin panel). 5. Graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 6. Video editing tools: • Creative writing and storytelling skills with attention to quality and consistency across platforms. • Ability to write engaging, effective copy and taglines. • Good communication and web writing skills (SEO-oriented). • Previous experience in B2B companies, preferably in the IT sector.
