Job Description: Business System Analyst Role We are seeking an experienced IT Business System Analyst to join our Agile Capability Team as a member. As a Business System Analyst, you will design changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the business. You will support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams. - Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions. - Support current ETO applications, interfaces, and WRICEFS. - Support teams and development related to the end-to-end ETO process. - Collaborate with ETO business personnel to identify needs within CRM/ECC. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM/ECC SAP, Agile methodologies, and system/process documentation. Your Responsibilities: - Design and Implementation - Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes. - Test new ETO BU solutions. - Support and Maintenance - Support current ETO applications and interfaces. - Understand the end-to-end ETO process. - Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with ETO business personnel. - Identify needs within CRM/ECC. The Essentials - You Will Have: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. - Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship for employment visas is not available. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: - 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP, including configuration of CRM, SD, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing modules. - Experience in ABAP Development (considered an advantage). - Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation. - At least 2 years of experience with one or more SAP CRM and ECC modules.
