Job Description This is a remote position. Job Highlights: Contract type: Independent Contractor 40 hours per week Permanent work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time with a 30-minute paid break / 9:00pm - 5:00am Manila Time Client Timezone: Ontario, Canada, EST Client Overview: About Us We are a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary group practice specializing in comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatments. Our focus in Neuro developmental Diversity means clients across the lifespan seek our diagnostic and treatment services for ADHD, Autism and associated issues. Essential Responsibilities: 1) Psychometry Questionnaire Coordination: a) Send out electronic standardized questionnaires for assessments (to clients, observer(s), and teachers): -This involves navigating web platforms and entering patient demographic information. -These tasks require very strong attention to detail (e.g., names and DOB MUST be accurate). b) Monitor the return of questionnaires. c) Remind client/s, in a timely manner, via phone calls and emails to complete questionnaires. d) Track the status of returned questionnaires and reminders made in tracking sheets and in e-charts: -Download completed questionnaires from web platforms and then upload them to the client e-charts and into online client specific folders. -This task also requires strong attention to detail to ensure that the documents are uploaded to the correct e-charts. 2) Report draft preparation: a) Enter demographic information into the reports. b) Use Possibilities Clinic software to automate the entry of scores into the report. c) Confirm the accuracy of the information entered into the report. d) Review report cards and enter relevant comments into the report. e) Format tables, fonts, text spacing etcetera in the report. f) Screen capture relevant parts of documents and paste them into the reports (these screen captures need to be clear and not fuzzy.) g) Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading abilities are required. h) Excellent word processing and computer skills are required. 3) Couriers (remote pieces): a) Arrange delivery via courier companies. b) Arrange return of paper protocols after Signature testing completed. c) Track status of couriers. 4) Monitor inventory and order as needed (questionnaires, remote assessment testing units).
