For more information: https://www.segulatechnologies.com Job Description Join Our Team as a Quality Assessor / Quality Product Engineer in TOLUCA (hybrid role) Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch product quality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Role Overview As a Quality Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in our Perceived Quality (PQ) process, evaluating initial customer responses to our products. This involves benchmarking against competitive vehicles, assessing digital images and physical properties, and compiling reports to guide our product teams. Your insights will directly influence vehicle design and development to exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead Segment-Specific Programs: Collaborate with various teams to set PQ targets, provide guidance, and report on PQ status. - Perform Virtual Assessments: Use corporate CAD systems (Teamcenter, NX, VisMockup) for assessments on new and modified programs. - Drive Issue Resolution: Engage in escalation processes to address issues efficiently. - Support Assessments: Conduct digital and physical assessments, documenting all non-competitive PQ issues in the PQAS system. - Collaborate in Meetings: Attend meetings to provide PQ input and review issues with engineering and management teams. Education & Skills - Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, tooling, design, release, or program management. - Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Teamcenter and NX/VisMockup is essential. - Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Leadership Qualities: High-energy, hands-on individual with a confident presence.
