Click here to learn more about us! **Job Summary** The Technical Implementation Specialist will engage with assigned customers in collaboration with the implementation project management team to successfully implement the ZOLL Care Exchange and other interfaces to successfully exchange patient healthcare information between organizations. The Technical Implementation Specialist will communicate with customers, review requirements, and achieve customer goals using recurring project meetings, project plans, and coordinating company resources. **Responsibilities**: - Drive assigned contracts/projects forward, keeping to SLA’s, and considering other interfacing timelines through project completion - Coordinate the creation of project plans with Project Managers, examining customer specific requirements, proposing solutions, and vetting them through completion - Meet with clients to facilitate the implementation of system interfaces, either driving, coordinating, or attending meetings, and providing meeting/follow up notes - Act as a corporate liaison; managing client expectations, developing strong internal and external relationships, and always representing the company in a professional and competent manner - Provide consistent quality support to the internal and external customers and all product(s) in the organization - Maintain documentation in JIRA and TaskRay (or other project managements software) to assure all implementations are identified, searchable, and reportable - Work within the IT Services group to develop processes and protocols for delivering quality solutions to our clients - Provide feedback to Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Product Manager(s) related to perfecting, increasing, and balancing the work efficacy and functionality of the systems and programs offered - Engage in self and professional improvement training utilizing both internal and external training tools and resources - Create and execute a consistent process to transition customer to finance when the implementation is complete **Qualifications**: **Required** - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field - 2+ years of experience with technical project implementation - Experience with HL7, and in-hospital interfaces - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present to a wide variety of audiences - Naturally collaborative with a team mindset - Driven and independent worker; with maturity of judgment and decision making while under pressure - Technical Skills:_ - Basic knowledge of SQL such as; Select [joining 2+tables], insert, update, delete, with the ability to navigate SQL Server Management Studio - Ability to install/uninstall/Fix Windows services - Experience with Visual Studio Debugger (search messages/build/trace/view variables) - Ability to read/edit HL7 v2 messages including ADT, MDM, and ORU - Understanding of TCP Connectivity and debugging (ping, telnet, FTP, DNS) - Knowledge of Windows Security, Networking, and Firewalls - Experience in some of the following: HL7 Routers/Engines (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf), HER (Cerner, EPIC, MediTech, MediPac, AllScripts, McKesson), HL7 technologies (v2, CDA/C-CDA, CCD, FHIR) **Perks & Benefits** ZOLL provides a casual work environment, competitive salaries, and a compensation structure that rewards contribution and hard work.
