Now, Let’s Get Down to Business The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM is part of the Global Business Services Accounts Payable team which serves as a center of excellence and expertise for all Accounts Payable (AP) activities in strong collaboration with our 3rd party business process outsource (BPO) provider. The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM plays a key role in planning and executing projects in support of Corporate Procure to Pay (PTP) initiatives, provides analysis and support to business users, and maintains and governs LATAM AP systems and master data. This position collaborates closely with colleagues at all levels of the LATAM organization to promote Accounts Payable process standardization and improvements. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management - 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting - Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements. - Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment. - Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
