Job Summary The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves designing a wide range of materials, including digital content, print collateral, event graphics, and more. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals that support marketing campaigns, engage audiences, and strengthen the company’s brand. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Creative Development: - Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media content, email campaigns, website assets, brochures, etc.) - Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative solutions that align with marketing objectives - Digital & Social Media Design: - Design engaging content for social media platforms, including infographics and animations - Work with the digital marketing team to create visuals for online advertising campaigns - Ensure that all digital content is mobile-responsive and optimized for user experience (UX) - Print & Event Collateral: - Design print materials such as brochures, posters, and event signage - Work with the events team to create visuals for conferences and trade shows - Brand Identity & Guidelines: - Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity - Ensure that design work adheres to established brand guidelines - Develop and update brand guidelines to reflect changes in visual identity - Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with the Art Director and marketing team to understand project requirements - Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to finalize designs - Project Management: - Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained - Organize and maintain a library of design assets - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices - Quality Control & Revisions: - Proof and review all design work for accuracy and consistency - Revise designs based on feedback from the Art Director and stakeholders Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field - Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio - Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools such as WebFlow. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout - Experience designing for both digital and print media - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work - Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts - Additional Requirements: - English Level: C1 required - Familiarity with the energy industry or B2B marketing is a plus Working Conditions: - The Junior Graphic Designer may work on multiple projects simultaneously with occasional tight deadlines - Occasional travel may be required for event-related design needs or collaboration with external vendors Salary Range: - $1,500 to $1,700 USD per month Powered by JazzHR 13OKG4Nrre Show more Show less
