NCHC is recruiting for a GS Acquisition, Divestiture, and Transformation, Sr. Director with their Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation organization. The Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation Team are responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D; activities, and solutions, and deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable the delivery of enterprise objectives. This role will report to the VP, of Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation in the Finance organization. This role is responsible for the establishment and management of the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation Office. This role leads the development of the strategy, vision, and operating model for the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation Office in alignment with cross-functional and Enterprise partners. This role also directly leads NCHC Transition and may manage other strategic programs. **Key responsibilities**: - Establishes and leads overall enterprise governance forums for programs and portfolios including presentations to senior executives - In partnership with functional leaders, create and manage a pipeline of transformation, new scope expansion, and other value creation opportunities, including opportunity identification, assessment, valuation, governance, and execution - Define vision and roadmap of ADT services/capabilities and delivery model including external support model and internal interactions models - Develop and provide external perspectives to support the organization on benchmarking/insights - Ensure robust processes and standards are established and adhered to for program reporting, governance, value realization tracking, interdependency management, continuous improvement, and VOC - Drive cross-program and enterprise view to ensure an integrated end-to-end roadmap across people, process, and technology dimensions with clear and robust deployment plans and sustainable run-state designed - Ensure clear org, communications throughout the transition period and coordinated change management effort - Translate design principles, criteria for exit approach, and metrics in alignment with business strategy - Lead NCHC Transition and Exit Planning and execution including governance, escalation, design, integration, and reporting. Serve as relationship owner with new J&J; - Lead other strategic initiatives/programs - Attract, integrate, and retain a highly competent, motivated, and diverse team **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in progressive transformation, operations leadership, or A&D; - 5 years of experience in large-scale acquisition & divestiture - Experience managing roadmap of multiple multi-year transformations - Experience presenting to EC-level or equivalent cross-functional governance forums - Demonstrated leadership experience designing and implementing large-scale cross-functional program programs including external partners/vendors - Budget management and understanding of complex organizational factors are required. Demonstrated ability to create a value case and manage value realization - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries - Prior people management experience including a proven track record of developing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment and leading change through ambiguity and complexity - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to develop deep insights, uncover unmet needs, dr
