DISCOVER THE ROLE At TMF Group, we are looking for our next Payroll Assistant who has solid knowledge in withholding tax, social security, payroll accounting, calculation of overtime, and social benefits to join our international team! KEY REQUIREMENTS Technician, Technologist, or at least a 5th-semester student in accounting or related fields. High proficiency in Excel (Essential). Intermediate - Advanced English Level (Essential) Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll preparation and settlement, uploading of updates, social security reporting, withholding tax calculations, and accounting records. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team in the creation and maintenance of Client and Employee data in the Payroll System, which may include filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendar, source of truth, etc. Prepare regulatory filings. Process bank/payroll fund requests, monitor bank deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. Perform bank reconciliation. Assist in registering users in bank accounts. Comply with ISAE 3402 / ISO 27001 standards. Assist in onboarding, if requested, and manage administration for new clients.
