The Role Primary leadership role between the Delivery Project Executive and delivery services squad(s). Point of contact for the services performed by a defined services delivery squad(s). Manages all escalations, client contact requirements, and ensure services coverage by the squad. Ensures consistent services delivery meets the committed client quality outcomes, metrics and expectations for the services scope of the squad (relevant SLAs etc.). Maintains the flow of work and manage all backlogs and they set priorities for the squad while working to remove hurdles and bottlenecks to work execution. Manages CRM and delivery MSAC processes ensuring compliance postures. Runs Agile ceremonies and iterate delivery for the squads seeking constantly to improve the outcomes of the squad.
