Could you be the full-time onsite Technical Customer Interface Manager in Mexico, MEX, MX we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and customer interface expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You will act as the vital link between our customers and our remote project development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Daily responsibilities include working closely with engineering, project management, and third-party stakeholders, organizing and leading technical meetings and reviews, and ensuring engineering solutions meet customer and end-user needs. We’ll look to you for: Acting as a mediator between the customer and the remote project development team. Reporting engineering feasibility and constraints to the customer, including re-use, platform, planning, budget, and QCD decisions. Following up on train-level operational effectiveness performances throughout the project lifecycle. Clarifying technical contract requirements (operational, performance, usability, reliability, safety, etc.) to ensure alignment with customer and end-user needs. Supporting the Chief of Development on trade-offs and endorsing decisions toward the customer. Ensuring that any customer-triggered contract deviations are tracked, recorded, and officially approved as Variation Orders. Synchronizing Rolling Stock Development with third parties to ensure seamless product configuration and integration. Coordinating contractual deliverables with respect to commitments and updating the contractual baseline as needed. Participating as the customer’s voice in technical risk and opportunity management, anticipating and addressing risks that could jeopardize customer interests. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. You should have: A degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience or understanding of customer relationship management in a technical environment. Knowledge of project lifecycle management and technical risk assessment. Familiarity with rolling stock systems, operational performance metrics, and configuration management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficiency in organizing and leading technical meetings and reviews. An analytical mindset with attention to detail. Resilience and adaptability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry best practices.
