Financial Analyst Role This is a senior financial analyst position that requires expertise in planning processes, global standards, methodologies and standard reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced understanding of these areas. - Develop and maintain templates for planning and reporting. - Generate baselines for planning and projections based on validated targets. - Generate annual operating plans and distribute them to relevant parties. - Validate and challenge planning data and model outputs. - Perform plan consolidations and restatements. - Generate long-range planning guidance. - Contribute to the development of financial models for better business insights. - Run scenario models. - Generate management reports and variance commentary. - Generate ad-hoc reporting and data requests. - Support the data analytics process using ETL tools and visualization platforms. - Validate reporting data and systematic reporting output. - Support monthly financial reviews. - Partner with teams for portfolio or business needs. - Mentor junior analysts to promote knowledge and skills required for FP&A; processes. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with 5+ years of experience in an analyst role. An MBA/CFA is preferred. Key Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in planning systems such as Oracle Hyperion.
