Coordinate event planning and execution, ensuring high quality standards. Manage relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and conference organizers. Coordinate with the hotel departments to ensure the correct execution of events. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and suppliers. Oversee event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Qualifications As a MICE Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of hotel events, ensuring excellent service that meets brand standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests and clients. You must have a degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience managing MICE events at luxury hotels or international brands, and experience in sales and negotiations with corporate clients and agencies. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership and team management skills, knowledge of event management tools, and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be fluent in English as a requirement, and a third language is desirable.
