Product Management Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Software Product Management Team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with fellow product managers, engineering, user research, and field sales teams to drive the evolution of FactoryTalk Design Studio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining clear problem and market opportunity statements that lead to product features and capabilities. They will also possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to manage requirements through an Agile development process and make informed recommendations on trade-offs with engineering resources. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering measurable customer usability, productivity benefits, and value following our strategy. You will work collaboratively with platform leaders, fellow product managers, and businesses to deliver the best and easiest-to-use integrated system solution possible. To succeed in this position, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and legal authorization to work in the US. While experience is not mandatory, 8+ years' experience in related fields would be highly beneficial. A minimum of 8 years' experience in control system design, implementation, commissioning, and support with knowledge of current Rockwell Automation software products is also desirable.
