Lead efficiently a team of distributed Recruiting Managers. 2. Collaborate in the definition and execution of the Talent Searchstrategy. 3. Plan alternative recruitment scenarios, according todifferent needs. 4. Design and validate search practices,selection, and attraction to our openings, in direct collaborationwith leaders and managers. 5. Provide ideas and solutions toimprove the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process:methods and technology. 6. Creative thinking. 7. Prepare reportsand monitor KPIs. You Must Have: 1. At least 6 years of experienceas a recruiter. 2. At least 3 years of verifiable experience insimilar positions. 3. Creative recruiting skills, excellentinterpersonal management, and verbal and written communication. 4. Ability to work autonomously. 5. Advanced English level.
