Job Description Major Accountabilities 1. Support the local leadership to ensure the proper implementation of the Ethics, Risks & Compliance / Risk / Business Continuity Management & Novartis Emergency Management / Third Party Risk Management Program. 2. Manage senior stakeholders and representatives from other functions (e.g., internal audit, BPO, legal, political custodians). 3. Provide strategic guidance to ERC managers, executives, and the country president, supporting local implementation activities using existing tools. 4. Enhance team capabilities through training and country visits. 5. Improve onboarding processes for key leaders and support performance management. 6. Develop and update materials and tools related to Ethics, Risks & Compliance / Risk / Business Continuity Management & Novartis Emergency Management / Third Party Risk Management Program. 7. Offer compliance advice to the country president and cross-divisional stakeholders. 8. Support the design and implementation of an effective anti-bribery / TPG framework. 9. Review and refine anti-bribery / TPG strategies, policies, processes, and systems. 10. Create tools and presentations to support the anti-bribery/TPG framework at senior management levels. 11. Provide strategic support and contribute to various compliance projects. 12. Report technical issues, adverse events, or special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Essential Requirements - Completed graduation. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - Over 10 years of experience in Ethics, Risks & Compliance (ERC). - Experience in the pharmaceutical sector. - Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare market is desirable.
